Who operates Hometourage
Hometourage is provided by Rainier and Hawthorne, LLC. These terms cover your use of Hometourage. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Contact us through the Support page about these terms, billing, or your account.
Your account and your circle
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Invite people only when you are authorized to do so. An invitation or a paid subscription does not give someone authority over another adult or permission to view content that has not been shared with them.
What the service does
Hometourage helps you organize everyday plans, requests, lists, and household coordination. Together and Ahead add the features and limits shown on the pricing page. Features may change, and we will explain material changes that affect a paid subscription. You remain responsible for reviewing the plans and information you save.
Subscriptions and renewal
Everyday is free. Together costs $3.99 monthly or $25 annually. Ahead costs $5.99 monthly or $49 annually. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full year upfront. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. The selected subscription renews at the end of its billing period until canceled. Checkout displays the amount and billing interval before you authorize payment. Stripe processes subscription payments.
Managing or canceling a subscription
The household payer can manage, change, or cancel a subscription in Plan → Subscription → Manage or cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid billing period. Plan changes can result in prorated charges or credits shown by Stripe before confirmation. For billing mistakes, refund questions, or difficulty canceling, submit a billing request through Support. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Providers and purchases outside Hometourage
Ride, grocery, meal, home-help, and other service links open independent providers. You complete bookings and purchases with them, under their prices, terms, availability, and privacy practices. Hometourage does not book, provide, supervise, or guarantee those services. Their charges are separate from your Hometourage subscription.
Your content and sharing
You retain your rights in content you add. You authorize us and our service providers to store, process, and display it as needed to operate Hometourage and follow your sharing choices. Share only information you have permission to share. People with access may copy or download shared information; removing access cannot retrieve copies already taken.
Responsible use
Do not use Hometourage to monitor someone without their knowledge, impersonate another person, disclose information without permission, harass others, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Contact Support to question an account restriction.
Reminders, check-ins, and AI
Reminders and optional check-ins depend on settings, connectivity, and service availability. They are not continuous monitoring, emergency alerts, or a guarantee that someone will respond. AI planning produces drafts that can be inaccurate; review them before saving. AI drafts do not autonomously book services or send messages.
Not medical or emergency care
Hometourage is not a medical, caregiving, emergency-response, legal, or financial-advice service. Do not rely on it for urgent or safety-critical needs. Contact the appropriate professional or emergency service directly.
Availability, changes, and ending use
We work to maintain Hometourage but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free third-party systems. You may stop using it, cancel your subscription, and request an account or data review through Support. Deleting an account and canceling billing are separate requests; confirm subscription cancellation in your billing settings. We will post updated terms here and give reasonable notice of material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
