Who we are and how to contact us

Rainier and Hawthorne, LLC operates Hometourage. Use Support to ask a privacy question or request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on an account or household request.

Information you provide

We process your account name and email, sign-in and accessibility preferences, household memberships and relationships, invitations, and the content you choose to add. Depending on your use, that content can include plans, appointments, lists, help requests, comments, routines, reminders, documents, expenses, receipts, and optional check-in records. Do not add information you are not authorized to provide.

Technical and payment information

Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as session identifiers, device/browser information, request logs, and errors. We store subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Card details are collected by Stripe through its hosted payment flows, rather than stored in Hometourage household records.

Why information is used

We use information to provide your account, show plans to authorized people, process your requested features, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations. Support requests include your contact email and the message you submit and are available to the app's support administrators.

Sharing with your circle

Sharing controls determine which household members can access a record. Paying for a subscription does not automatically reveal another adult's private content. Current membership is required for shared access. Check the audience before saving or sharing sensitive information. People you share with may retain their own downloaded or copied versions.

Service providers and external links

Base44 supplies application hosting, authentication, database, file, and integration services. Stripe handles subscriptions and payment processing. Requested email, file, and AI features use the corresponding infrastructure providers to process the information needed for that feature. Opening a third-party ride, delivery, or other provider site subjects your activity there to that provider's own policy. Hometourage does not receive a complete record of your independent purchases.

Optional AI and email features

If you request an AI planning draft, your prompt and relevant information needed for the draft are sent to the AI integration provider. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive details. Email reminders and digests can include the plan information you opt to receive by email; email also creates a copy outside the app. You can pause or change your reminders and digest settings.

Cookies, local storage, and advertising

Session cookies or browser storage help maintain sign-in, preferences, and application state. The fictional demo uses local state. Hometourage does not sell household content or use private appointment, task, document, or check-in text for targeted advertising. Operational logging is used for functionality, security, and troubleshooting.

Retention, deletion, and copies

Information remains while needed to provide your account and selected features, resolve support or billing issues, protect the service, or satisfy applicable obligations. Removing a document from the app removes access through that record; backups, logs, billing records, or provider-held copies may persist under their retention processes. A deletion request is reviewed rather than assumed complete when you click Remove. Copies already downloaded, emailed, or exported to another calendar cannot be remotely recalled.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whom to invite, control record sharing, change preferences, pause optional routines or email updates, and manage your subscription. Through Support you can request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of data use. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and explain any information we need or limits that apply. A request by one household member does not authorize disclosure of another person's private records.

Security and service location

We use access controls and service-provider protections to limit unauthorized access, but no system can guarantee complete security. Restrict shared information to what is needed, protect your account, and report suspected unauthorized access through Support. Infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

Children and policy changes

Hometourage accounts are intended for adults, not children under 18. Do not create an account for a child. Contact Support if you believe a child's information was provided without appropriate authority. We will update this policy when our practices change and give notice of material changes where required.
